What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

We generally prefer a 1box MOQ, but we're happy to discuss and work with you to find what makes sense for both sides.

How does the shipping process work?

We prefer products to be shipped directly from your warehouse in South Korea to ours. Our team will assist with any logistics questions you may have along the way.

What are the benefits of partnering with your platform?

By partnering with us, you get access to our growing network of retailers. While we’re not the largest platform out there, we offer personalized support and are committed to growing together.

How long does it take to get approved as a partner?

We’ll review your application and get back to you shortly. However, please note that adding your products to our platform may take a bit longer as we’ll need to finalize all the details.

What are the fees involved in the partnership?

Our partnership is completely free to join. We work on a commission-based model, where we take a small percentage of each sale made through our platform.

How do I update or modify my product listings?

Once onboarded, we’ll handle updates to your product listings on our platform. If you make any changes to your prices or product details, please email us your updated pricelist, and we’ll make the necessary adjustments for you. We’re happy to assist with any other updates as well.
